We had a few collaborations in 2023 allowing us to make up knitting and crochet kits using Kosy Kitchen Fibres Hand Dyed Yarn and the collaborators pattern and accessories. They have proved very popular, particularly at yarn shows and I am sure we will continue with them in 2024

Firstly we worked with Dawn Gill of Dawn Gill Designs. Dawns trade is in Handcrafted Jewellery but she is also a crochet pattern designer. We have two kits where she has designed the pattern, the Soffrito Neck warmer (pictured), which includes the pattern and a lovely hand crafted shawl pin.
We also have the Feather Stitch Scarf kit that includes a sterling silver stitch marker and a downloadable pattern.

Next we have Nicola Tyrer of A Little Craft Room. Nicola is a knit and crochet pattern designer and podcaster.
Nicola designed this beautiful Lily Beret and I dyed a special colourway for it called Cavoli, the Latin name for lily.
The Lily Beret kit is available in the kits section on our website.

Thirdly, we would like to mention Heather from
Heather is a Weaver, Spinner and natural plant dyer based on the border of Exmoor National Park.
Heather designed this Dragon Spine Knitted Shawl and we added some Kosy Kitchen Fibres Lace weight yarn and some stitch markers to complete the kit. Dragon Spine Knitted Shawl Kit
I also hand dye natural fleece for her to spin into her beautiful skeins.
I'm sure we will be working with these lovely crafty people during 2024, and possibly one or two more. Watch this space.
It's a joy and honour to collaborate with you, Fiona. I'm quietly working on my next one 😉
